He went out of his way to help us start the work earlier than planned, he researched the best system for us to overcome the low water pressure we have here and during the installation, he worked quickly, cleanly and kept us informed of what was going on and how everything worked. When he had finished it was as if he had never been here.

This initially included a new boiler, tank, water softener and pipework. He was professional, always turned up on time and very tidy.
We also ended up using him for our bathroom installation and the finish is superb. He was patient when we had delivery issues, sometimes working beyond what would be expected to ensure timelines were kept to in order to keep the project moving along.

It was a very stressful situation, but Andy from Armstrong Plumbing & Heating, came to my rescue straight away. He assessed the problem quickly and advised that the best solution was to replace the old boiler.
What impressed me most was how fast and efficiently he worked – he managed to replace the entire boiler within just one day! Throughout the whole process he was absolutely brilliant: hardworking, professional, friendly, and clearly very skilled at what he does.

He put in a very long day to ensure the hot water was working before he left. He re-plumbed the pipework around the boiler to get the tumble drier to fit, very customer -focused. Pipes were neatly lagged, rubbish removed.

I had another saying they may need to replace the pipe work and if that's the case I would need another £ on top of the estimate, which was on the high side anyways. Another plumber said the job would take a couple of days. I contacted Andy and he was out the next day and gave me a very reasonable estimate. The job was done without any problems and completed by late afternoon. No scaffold towers or extra pipe work needed. Excellent job!
